On 30 October, our founder Chloe Wallace appeared on The Plumm Pod, hosted by Georgia Dixon, Employee Experience (EX) specialist at Access HR Ltd, for an episode that has already been described as one of the most powerful conversations the podcast has ever hosted.

CEASE is the UK’s first continuous improvement framework specifically designed to prevent workplace sexual harassment. It’s built around a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, so it’s not a one-off training programme or a tick-box exercise. Instead, it’s a measurable, repeatable process that enables organisations to continuously improve their culture and reduce risk.

The UK government announced in July 2025, its plans to ban NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) for use in cases of harassment, discrimination and sexual harassment at work. This change marks the end of silencing victims with gagging clauses in settlement agreements, and frankly, the end of reputational risk management masquerading as a commercial and normal HR practise.
