Hello, nice to meet you!

Welcome to my HR consultancy business. I founded this company in 2019, bringing an extensive level of complex HR experience to the table. My career has spanned a variety of industries, with a primary focus on automotive retail, automotive commercial retail, and the manufacturing and engineering sectors. This diverse background has endowed me with a highly transferable skillset, renowned for its commercial acumen and deep understanding of unique business needs and challenges.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed numerous complex mergers and acquisitions, and I am adept at working with private equity and special circumstances involved businesses.

 

My qualifications include a CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources Management, alongside Level 5 CIPD qualifications in Human Resources Management and Learning and Development. Additionally, I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider, certified by Mental Health First Aid England, and hold an IOSH Managing Safely certification.

In 2024, I further specialised my expertise by becoming an accredited trainer in trauma informed practise and the psychology of victim blaming. This expertise underpins our award winning learning solutions on sexual harassment prevention, and our development of skills gaps frameworks addressing occupational segregation.

My approach to HR is holistic and passion-driven, but most importantly no fuss and jargon free, aimed at giving leaders and managers the confidence and capability they need. I believe in equipping them with a toolkit that enhances performance and productivity, ultimately unlocking the full potential of their teams.​
