This short but powerful course is designed specifically for managers who want to confidently support mental wellbeing in their teams, while managing their own stress and workload too.

With stress, burnout, and mental health challenges more present than ever in the modern workplace, this course offers a realistic, commercially focused approach that balances empathy with accountability.
