This course ensures leaders and people managers know how to confidently spot sexual harassment, and that they have the skills to intervene. It supports compliance with the Worker Protection Act 2023 which came in to force in October 2024. Training is prevention of sexual harassment is now mandatory under recent law in order to reduce organisational risk, and send a clear message that your business takes dignity at work seriously.
