Prevention of Sexual Harassment
We are experts in the prevention of sexual harassment (POSH).
Our unique and accredited training focuses on creating gender-diverse workplaces and understanding the role of language, misogyny, and trauma-informed practices to foster psychologically safe and successful environments for diversity, equity and inclusion.
Training is one critical part of POSH, but employers need to take a holistic approach under new employment law. We support businesses to design and implement robust and compliant POSH frameworks. You can fully outsource a project to us, or we can work with your existing HR team to drive impact through expertise.
Ultimately we want to equip you with a toolkit that enhances performance and productivity, unlocking the full potential of your teams.

POSH Frameworks
Training is an important part in the prevention of sexual harassment, but under new employment legislation effective from October 2024, employers need to take actionable and demonstrable steps to prevent sexual harassment. Actionable and demonstrable steps require more than just training.
We can support businesses with our unique expertise to develop POSH frameworks which are impactful, wide reaching, and act as an insurance for your people proposition.
We can work as your project leader, or in collaboration with your existing HR team to ensure you are compliant and effective.
POSH frameworks are typically made up of 4 areas of consultancy support:
-
Policy development and communication
-
Ongoing training and cultural safety
-
Support and reporting mechanisms
-
Handling complaints and continuous improvement
